Last month, having these guys doing the flat roof for our new extension was the best decision I could have made, we had major rot on the rafters, so it was better to just replace it all..now it just looks amazing!

I can highly recommend Jay and his team for any roofing work. Jay carried out some roofing repairs for me which I was very pleased with. He is reliable, has great workmanship and is very knowledgeable in his trade.

Jay came out out short notice (24 hours) to replace about 20 broken/damaged roof tiles. Delayed by rain Jay kept me informed about when he would arrive and as soon as the sun was out he was on site. Quickly the two Jays erected a tower and within a couple of hours the job was done and all debris removed. Great job - no fuss and very pleased to have even the most inaccessable broken tiles replaced.

We are delighted with the work that Jay and his team have carried out on our home. They completely replaced the roof and fitted new cladding on the dormer windows. They always kept us informed about the job’s progress and we were impressed by their attention to detail. Jay turned up when he said and checked the roofing and advised re a fix. On the day the repairs were due he turned up with his crew and they got straight to work. They were polite and left the property in a clean and tidy state. The work has made the roof look much better with the ridge tiles all neat and the new grey fittings on the roof edge enhancing it. Skilled Roofing Ltd are professional Roofers from start to finish. From when I first called them, Jay Asked me to send photos first of a damp patch that we’ve got in one corner of our bedroom, that same day he came round, sent up a drone To have a look at our roof, which showed that we needed the chimney leaded and a roof tile was missing plus a hole in chimney need filling. Jay sent us photos and gave us a quote that day and could fit us in within two weeks. Within a week and a half, Jay & his colleague came back and did the work both very friendly & got straight on with the work even took down an old aerial that had fallen. After finishing the work sent the drone up again to show what they had done, very pleased with the work. Would definitely Recommend Skilled Roofing to anyone, Five star service 👍🏻

Did a great job, and kept us well informed the whole time with pictures and videos. They were open and transparent about the work, and worked with us to fix our leaky roof within our budget to a great standard. We lost a tile on our 3 storey house which needed urgent repair. Jay responded immediately to my plea for help and using his surveillance drone, was able to identify and clearly describe what had to be done and what options were available.
He arrived when he said he would with his helper (sorry, I didn't get your name!) and carried out the repairs thoroughly and efficiently.
Jay also carried out a thorough health check of the existing ridge tiles.
The guys were friendly, informative and very pleasant to deal with and their fee was competitive.

Jay came round last May to help us with a leak in our new home. Jay and his colleague sorted out the problem (previously there was no lead flashing and generally poor work).

8 months later everything is still in good shape. In fact since this work was completed Jay helped us with another property.

I have used this company twice now, once to repair a leak in my roof and now to replace some ridge tiles. Jay was very quick to help out, his communication is good, he turns up when he says he will and he is a nice friendly chap. There is no mess when he has finished. He has a drone and will show you pictures of your roof and point out what needs doing. Amazing!

Very satisfied with the work carried out by Skilled Roofing. Original estimate was carried out using a drone to photograph the lead work which was faulty and causing the problem. Today they arrived and got on with the work as discussed. I was kept informed at all times with photos being taken to explain what they were doing and I was also invited to see the damage that had been caused by the leak by climbing up to take a look. On completion the site was cleaned and all debris was removed. Would definitely recommend them.

The guys responded very quickly, used their drone to look at the roof issues, gave us a reasonable quote and came and did the job.

They also advised of poor work done during our solar installation, provided photo evidence that I could send to the solar panel firm for them to fix under warranty.
