Jay and his team are exceptionally professional, timely and considerate. Due to risk of inclement weather they delivered all equipment in the morning so they were ready to start the following day when it was dry. The job was re-covering a flat roof over our office and completed on time. This included reboarding, lining, felting, flashing and replacing facia boards and guttering. They are clearly very knowledgeable, diligent and skilled and kept us appraised of each step as they progressed. I have just had my chimney capped as its dormant & won't be used in the future. Jay recommended no pots were necessary, which saved money, but put air bricks in. I don't know anything about the Roofing trade but trust l Jay to give honest and trustworthy advice. As you can see by the pictures the chimney has two parts, so it was a big job & inside the cement was awful caused by the weather as there were no pots & rain got in. He & his team are always on time, very polite & is happy to explain the work.
They always answer texts calls & emails asap if needed. He takes before & after photos. He always works to health & safety & will not work without scaffolding at heights or cut corners to save money.

Professional company, reliable and do a great job. They call you back, come when they say they will, tidy up after. This is the second time I have used 'Skilled Roofing' and would again. Not the cheapest, but depends what you want to pay for a professional attitude, great work and a fix to your roofing problems. First time was to cure a leak in a roof on a new extension (original builder not interested), Skilled Roofing were the third company to come and fix it, previous two 'fixed' it but then it started leaking again. Skilled roofing came in 2022, took videos for me to see the work done, came up with a working solution, advised why the problem existed, and fixed it. No more leaks. So when I needed a reliable company to fix guttering that was overflowing in heavy rain, I was happy to use them again.

I first reached out to Jay in order to try and get some second opinions regarding my roof and an issue I was facing with a leak in my valley. He came round assessed the roof whilst he was on another job close by and gave me some initial details whilst listening to my issue. He understood everything I was talking to him about and he explained anything I didn't understand with simple terms and professionalism. He provided me with a prompt quote and on the day showed up on time and ready to go. They were up and on there doing work all day and completed it all to an extremely high standard and updating me all the way. The work they completed was very high quality and definitely adheres to their motto. I will be recommending these guys to anyone I know for roofing works going forward.

We’re so grateful to this Skilled Roofing LTD for coming out and fixing our roof. They got straight on with the job and completed everything in just one day. It has been a year since Jay and his team did the roof on my house, and I can say that it’s been done beautifully! Whole winter and summer with us being cosey and safe. Evening messaging a month later to check we were happy. One of the best builders I’ve ever worked with.

I can highly recommend Jay and his team for any roofing work. Jay carried out some roofing repairs for me which I was very pleased with. He is reliable, has great workmanship and is very knowledgeable in his trade.

Jay came out out short notice (24 hours) to replace about 20 broken/damaged roof tiles. Delayed by rain Jay kept me informed about when he would arrive and as soon as the sun was out he was on site. Quickly the two Jays erected a tower and within a couple of hours the job was done and all debris removed. Great job - no fuss and very pleased to have even the most inaccessable broken tiles replaced.

Skilled Roofing Ltd are professional Roofers from start to finish. From when I first called them, Jay Asked me to send photos first of a damp patch that we’ve got in one corner of our bedroom, that same day he came round, sent up a drone To have a look at our roof, which showed that we needed the chimney leaded and a roof tile was missing plus a hole in chimney need filling. Jay sent us photos and gave us a quote that day and could fit us in within two weeks. Within a week and a half, Jay & his colleague came back and did the work both very friendly & got straight on with the work even took down an old aerial that had fallen. After finishing the work sent the drone up again to show what they had done, very pleased with the work. Would definitely Recommend Skilled Roofing to anyone, Five star service 👍🏻

Did a great job, and kept us well informed the whole time with pictures and videos. We lost a tile on our 3 storey house which needed urgent repair. Jay responded immediately to my plea for help and using his surveillance drone, was able to identify and clearly describe what had to be done and what options were available.
He arrived when he said he would with his helper (sorry, I didn't get your name!) and carried out the repairs thoroughly and efficiently.
Jay also carried out a thorough health check of the existing ridge tiles.
The guys were friendly, informative and very pleasant to deal with and their fee was competitive.
