Skilled Roofing Limited is registered with the NFRC Competent Person Scheme (CPS). This means we are independently assessed and approved to carry out qualifying roofing work in accordance with current Building Regulations.
For eligible re-roofing projects, we can self-certify the work and register it for Building Regulations compliance, removing the need for the homeowner to arrange a separate Building Control application in most cases. Once the work has been registered, the appropriate compliance certificate is issued for your records.
Being part of the scheme also means our workmanship, technical standards and business practices are subject to ongoing assessment by the NFRC.
